Room was clean, and furniture was up to date. Comfy bed, nice water in the shower. Free breakfast, coffee in the lobby. All in all, I will definitely stay here again.
I really enjoyed staying at this Inn. It was clean. The people were very friendly and very close to all amenities. Number one Chinese food across the street is absolutely amazing. And they do not cheap out on their portions. So if you stay at this hotel, go get some Chinese food across the street. Do not go to ido Japan. Which is very close

The hotel is dated. But, it's in good repair, is kept clean, and, most importantly, it is staffed by a small army of energetic, hard working, and always-welcoming staff. Our room was comfortable and very spacious, the air conditioner was immediately effective (though a tad loud), and the bed abd linens ensured three great nights of sleep for both me and my wife. The complimentary breakfast is hot and cold and standard fare. The hotel location is exceedingly convenient, walking distance to every amenity most travelers could want or need, and provides super-easy and fast access to the Crossirion Mill mall and Calgary's north east quartet. In assessing any service, it must be graded against the price and local market conditions. During our stay, Comfort Inn Suites was among the least expensive options available. Based on our experience, we regard it as a good value and we will surely return.
Lisa has built an exceptional compliment of staff members that are friendly, attentive, caring, and extremely helpful. To the staff members I have interacted with the most, Lisa, Victoria, Kayleigh, Desiree, and Twila, thank you for the amazing work you do. This hotel is in a great location just off Highway 2 with shopping, restaurants, and coffee shops within walking distance. Cross Iron Mall, Costco, and Horse Racing/Casino is only 10 minutes down the road. I highly recommend staying here.
Great room for a great price! Even though I booked last minute, service was great! Clean room and the FREE breakfast was excellent! I couldn’t believe the selection! Would definitely recommend!

My husband and I had the privilege of staying at this lovely hotel for many weeks . If I could I would give it 100/100!!! I have never had such an incredible experience in a hotel. The staff were exemplary, the very best!!! So incredible at their jobs. From Lisa to the front desk staff Kaylee, Desiree, Victoria, the staff in the breakfast room to the wonderful cleaning staff our stay was amazing. The pool every day was a treat. Their location is perfect, close to restaurants, walking paths, and shopping. We were treated like royalty. They were like family. I can’t say enough… WOW
